Emirates Skywards will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025. And for 25 days, they’re celebrating with multiple opportunities to earn bonus Skywards Miles.
It feels like Skywards may have hired Oprah to plan the 25th Anniversary promotion, as bonus miles are available for almost everyone, regardless of how they engage with Emirates Skywards.
The four main promotions are:
- 50% Bonus Skywards Miles on Emirates and flydubai flights
- Earn 25% bonus Skywards miles on select partner transactions, including cobrand cards, Skywards Everyday, and the Skywards Miles Mall.
- 50% bonus Skywards Miles when you buy or gift miles
- 25 million Skywards Miles up for grabs in the Skywards Raffle
The details for each promotion are below.
50% Bonus Miles on Emirates and flydubai flights
You can earn 50% bonus Skywards Miles on all Emirates and flydubai flights booked during this promotion. This applies to all cabins, to all destinations on flights marketed and operated by Emirates or flydubai.
The 50% bonus will be calculated on the base miles earned for the flight before any Tier Bonuses are awarded.
To be eligible for the bonus Skywards Miles you need to:
- Register for the promotion here.
- Purchase a ticket by 23.59 UAE time on 20 October 2025
- Fly by 30 November 2025

25% bonus Skywards miles on certain partner transactions
During the anniversary promotion, you can earn bonus Skywards Miles with 50 Airline, Financial, Car rental, Hotel, Retail and Lifestyle partners.
This is potentially lucrative as it includes the Emirates Skywards cobrand credit cards, Skywards Everyday and the Skywards Miles Mall. Check the complete list of participating partners here.
Only spending during the promotion is eligible for the bonus. The total bonus is capped at 10,000 Skywards Miles per partner.

A bonus of up to 50% Skywards Miles is available when you buy or gift miles before 20 October 2025. This is one of the biggest bonuses on Skywards Miles purchases in some time.

25 million Skywards Miles up for grabs in the Skywards Raffle
Skywards is giving away 25 million Skywards Miles in the Skywards Raffle.
The prizes:
- 1 person will win 1,000,000 Skywards Miles
- 50 Prizes of 250,000 Skywards
- 115 Prizes of 100,000 Skywards Miles
You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible to participate in the raffle, and it must be legal in the country where your Skywards account is registered.

Emirates Skywards is adding a bit of fun at Dubai Airport in early October with giveaways and surprise rewards for Skywards members. Travellers can expect interactive quizzes with a chance to win bonus miles, lounge passes, and duty-free vouchers. There will also be complimentary ice cream from ‘Skywards’ ice cream trucks.
For arriving passengers, there’s a “spot the tag” game on baggage belts, with prizes ranging from lounge access to Emirates merchandise and bonus miles.
All of this is planned for Terminal 3 from 1–5 October and in Terminal 2 from 8–9 October.
For Skywards elites, things may be even better. Some long-term members will be treated to tier and cabin upgrades during the 25-day promotion period.
